Liz and Ryan's Wedding

Whew, this was a big job! We're looking at 300 total servings here, between the cakes, cookies, and cupcakes. The main wedding cake is yellow butter cake with lemon curd filling, vanilla buttercream and fondant. The side cakes and cupcakes are three different flavors:

-Red velvet: raspberry puree filling, topped with dark chocolate cream cheese frosting
-Vanilla spice latte: vanilla spice cake with espresso frosting
-Chocolate: with salted caramel frosting and an extra drizzle of salted caramel on top

Needless to say, the bride and groom are absolutely adorable!
