Standard three tier wedding cake with ribbon and fresh flowers.

Here is a true gourmet wedding cake! Top tier: chocolate truffle torte with filled with fresh raspberry puree, finished with chocolate cream cheese frosting. Middle tier: carrot cake filled and frosted with cream cheese frosting. Bottom tier: mascarpone white cake filled with fresh raspberry puree, frosted with chocolate cream cheese frosting. Sizes are 6, 9, and 12 inch diameter rounds. Serves about 100.

The ribbon was made by the bride, an avid quilter, to match the theme of the event.
