Pink champagne cupcakes and smash cake.

I had never made this flavor before - it was a special request by the customer for her baby girl's first birthday. I've decided that I'm going to suggest it to every bride I meet from now on! It is incredibly moist and tangy, not to mention beautiful. It can also be made with regular (not pink) champagne.

As usual, I greatly enjoyed my time creating the cupcake wrappers, cake banner, and the cute little paper flower.
