Danielle + Michael's wedding at Sweet Cheeks Winery

This very loooong display of sweets includes red velvet cupcakes with vanilla bean buttermilk frosting, chocolate cupcakes with salted caramel frosting (plus extra drizzled on top), and strawberry shortcakes in mason jars. The wedding cake is red velvet filled with white chocolate custard and shavings, frosted with vanilla bean buttercream and covered in luscious buttercream fondant. It is decorated with a handmade fondant rose and real lace.

Note the custom stickers on the shortcake jars - they have the bride and groom's names and wedding date. These are great because they can also be taken home as a favor…in case anybody forgot to save room for dessert. Never a problem for me, I assure you! ;)

Sweet display for a networking event with Engaging Eugene

These are my orange vanilla bean (aka orange creamsicle) cupcakes with cute patterned wrappers and a few toppers, too. Engaging Eugene is an open group for Eugene area wedding professionals to get together and support each other. I'm so glad I went. Please do ask me for referrals to other vendors, such as photographers, floral designers, videographers, et cetera!

Colorful Cupcakes

These little cuties are strawberry lemonade flavor cake, with strawberry and lemon frosting. The smell of them was just heavenly, but the taste was even better. Pure summertime. Let's just say I did a lot of quality control sampling on this batch!

 The pink and purple frosting are strawberry.

And the orange and blue frosting are lemon.
